Tal vez TLC sea una materia, si (x ej.) se tratara del transcript de un docente, o un psicólogo... tal vez por el contexto puedas deducirlo... o, si no, ¿tenés manera de contactarte con el cliente para corroborarlo?

Si ésta fuera la opción, yo traduciría como "Método 'TLC'" y explicaría de qué se trata.

Disculpas, escribí "docente" o "psicólogo", pero (siendo un transcript de high school) tal vez se trate de un bachillerato con orientación pedagógica, o en psicología, o algo así.
