In order to solve the problems, technicians have designed a battery pack with a multi-voltage battery interface, wherein the multi-voltage battery interface has multiple coupling states so as to output different voltages through different coupling states, thereby achieving the purpose that the battery pack is matched with multiple power tools.

Por muy inteligente e ingenioso que esto sea, el inglés is very poor.
Específicamente:
- por batería no se entiende si se refiere a una pila o un dispositivo electrónico
- estado de acoplamiento no tiene ningún sentido, pero por contexto y tirando del tesauro creo se refiere a la configuración del suministro
Intentando descifrar sin mucho contexto, creo que está diciendo que esta batería, tiene un cool feature que permite cambiar la configuración de la energía suministrada (voltaje y amperaje), o quizás es dinámica según la demanda del power tool.
Si lo que escribo tiene sentido, está diciendo esto, por partes:
1. la batería tradicional, si no se usa, va perdiendo carga
2. para resolver esta ineficiencia, se añade la interfaz multi-voltaje
3. sólo es compatible con herramientas monotensión
No sé cómo lo tienes traducido, pero yo creo para el primer "matched with" sería en el contexto de configuración monotensión - dependiendo de cómo escribes "adaptada a" funciona bien.
Pero, el segundo, de configuración multitensión, el "matched with" está mal usado, y deberías traducir algo como "el ajuste/la configuración seleccionada" (de la batería) "corresponda a" la herramienta
"una herramienta monotensión no es compatible con las baterías multivoltaje".
Desafortunadamente, hoy día nuestro trabajo también incluye reescribir el original para que tenga sentido antes de traducirlo.
