El texto es griego. Creo que acabo de dar con la solución, es una sigla griega, ΑΕ, Ανώνυμη Εταιρεία (Sociedad Anónima) que se han olvidado de traducir al inglés, y de ahí mi confusión, puesto que aparecía junto a Joint Venture que sí traducen. Gracias por la pregunta, pues me ha puesto sobre la pista.

Pues lo cierto es que no, porque este fragmento pertenece a la primera parte del documento y aparece a lo largo del mismo sin explicación.
