extracción

To me it seems to be acting as a synonym for 'withdrawal'

Bilingual Legal Dictionary (Mazzucco and Maranghello):

DRAW:

(v) girar-librar-retirar dinero

to draw interests: (v) devengar interés/es

The noun 'devengo' exists in Spanish, but is not commonly used.

Hope this helps at least a little ;)

Good luck!
