Viene en unos de los incisos de la definición de Bancarrota:
(h) the appointment, without the consent or acquiescence of such Person of a liquidating trustee, receiver or other liquidator of all or any substantial part of such Person's properties without such appointment being vacated or stayed within 90 days and, if stayed, with-out such appointment being vacated within 90 days after the expiration of any such stay.
