English term

trust

English to Spanish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Insurance
it MaY happen that s Trust is the Owner and is a beneficiary for life insurance proceeds under this policy. and is authorized by the terms of the Trust instrument to purchase insurance on the life of the Insured's spouse. In this case, even if the SPPO (spouse's paid-up insurance purchase option) Rider states otherwise; the Trust may purchase the paid up life insurance. This purchase must be made In accordance with the provisions of the rider and as described in this endorsement The Company has the right to obtain a copy of the Trust instrument.

Since you constantly repeat it with a capital, I have to think that it is the name of an insurance company.

Comment: "No, I use the capital because in English agreements they usually put terms that are going to be repeated after and are important for the agreement with a capital letter. Thank you very much any way."
