English to Spanish Law/Patents Law (general) Protection from abuse

This is one of a series of questions addressed to the petitioner in a Protection from Abuse proceedings. The petitioner must recognize that if they accept a court order of protection issued on the basis of mutual consent between the petitioner and the respondent, the court will hear no testimony as to the abuse and thus has no information as to whether there has been abuse or not. The complete sentence reads: "Do you understand that without a trial, the Court has no information as to whether the abuse occurred or not?" My attempt is: "¿Entiende usted que sin juicio el tribunal no tiene ninguna información de si ha habido abuso o no?" I'm not happy with the "de si ha habido," but I can't seem to find a noun that would eliminate the use of this awkward phrase. I'm looking for something like "¿Entiende usted que sin juicio el tribunal no tiene ninguna información sobre la xxxxxxxx o no del abuso?" but I can't find a noun to fill that role.
