I fully agree with Lila and Henry regarding lack of context.Since the asker mentions third party claims in a contract,my fertile and normally wrong imagination tells me that this may be referred to a settlement clause arranged within the framework of the contract to settle third parties' claims,in which case it could be something like "claúsula/s que regirá/n para los reclamos efectuados por terceros".Just my instinct at work here.
