wheelchair

you can also try "silyang de-gulong", although I will use wheelchair as it is, if it were me. It all depends, as you know, with the context. :-)

agree Jose Mario Lizardo : may gulong instead of de-gulong is better. Although for medical terms, "wheelchair" is more commonly accepted

silyang de-gulong

As mentioned by Ria, "wheelchair" is perfectly ok to use as casual term in Tagalog. However, "silyang de-gulong" is often used in most translated documents
Example sentence:

All of them are seated in wheelchairs.

Lahat sila ay nakaupo sa mga silyang de-gulong.
