The trail in the Swiss ad is translated from the French promenade which could also be translated as walk. I think the following is the relevant explanation:
" Rain Walk – A series of cleansing showers of moderately increasing temperatures at the start of the trail"

Sensory could also be sensual. The "rain walk" is offered as part of a spa treatment in at least four different hotels that I found on the internet, in Mexico, Switzerland and France. The different temperatures of the showers and probably also different types of shower heads/water spray create the sensory/sensual effect which is meant to be another form of relaxation offered by these spas.

To add to Stephanie's explanations: either the "showers" (jets, mist machines & overhead showers) which the client walks through gradually change in temperature (usually along with the type of rain simulated) OR simply the type of rain (tropical shower, gentle mist, etc.) that these showers simulate (but not the temperature).
