Vorausrabatt

Vorausrabatt seems to be mostly used in the insurance industry, see, for instance, the following URLs:
http://www.deutsche-finanzberatung.de/bu/bu-kriterien.htm
home.t-online.de/home/NDickmeis/lexs.htm
www.mupkiel.de/info98-1.htm

Lexmark has a "Prebate" program in place for its toner cartridges. In that context, the term "Prebate" is also used in German (you'll find a large number of URLs on that).

Since your text appears to be more general in nature, I'd probably stick with Vorausrabatte.

Vor-Rabatte/Vor-Nachlaß

Offensichtlich ist es eine Zusammenlegung von pre=vor und rebate=Rabatte/Nachlaß
