Taiklesnio varianto šiuo metu nesugalvoju, bet, manau, esmė tokia.

Kiek supratau, šitas klausimas vizos anketoje atsirado po 2000 metų įvykių, kai Elián González buvo priverstinai globojamas, nors pagal teismo sprendimą jį turėjo atiduoti tėvui:
