Teach-ln/CNC self-programming playback control
The self-programming playback control first records the woiking area and then the
movements of the slide as well as the commands to the additional equipment. In
playback mode (automatic operation) the complete forming program is reproduced
exactly. Free contour programming (CNC) enables the control to store different
working areas direct from the drawing in the form of NC-programs. The operator
records the program from the desk which houses control elements for longitudinal and
transverse slides as well as spinning roller pressure control. The control board is
slewably mounted to the machine bed. The operator's panel with monitor and the
necessary operating elements are marked with easy-to-read symbols and subdivided
according to function. A resettable piece number counter is provided
