Samo da dodam, mislim da je u pitanju typo, da treba 'descrete' umesto 'discreate'; ovo drugo nema smisla u datom kontekstu
mada bi po meni možda bilo najbolje da se ovde napiše 'za određeni period (obično od 5 - 10 godina)'
