A mí me parece de aplicación en este contexto porque se establece la comparación con el sistema de determinación de cotizaciones a la ONU de los estados miembros de la misma. Se destaca el carácter defectuoso de dicho sistema, en el cual algunos se benefician sin arrimar el hombro.
