: a layer of silver is incorporated, then it obviates knowing whether it is a coating or not, perhaps - but I think the links you give are useful.

the glass is silvered
"To silver glass" is to coat glass with a silvery finish, either baked into it "intégré" or just applied onto it.

: A little ambiguous. But there is also no way of knowing if we are talking about the traditional process of mirror making, or a photographic one.

Yes, the source phrase by itself doesn't provide many clues, however, it seems doubtful to me that the photographic process would be called "intégré."

a traditional silver-halide based film is incorporated into the glass walls
Like everyone else here, I'm guessing, but I suspect this is 'film' in the sense of a 'piece of film', and that this is like some giant 'photo blow-up' transparency, perhaps sandwiched between two panes of glass.
More context is really need to be sure, but I suspect that the 'argent' here may in fact be shorthand for 'argentique'.
Of course, I suppose it could even be a photo-sensitized layer for subsequent exposure through the glass — though that would seem like quite a tall order on an architectural scale! In any case, don't quite see how you could then develop it!
