The full section of text for context: "Le calcul sera fait à l’euro prêt et au réel, sur base du suivi des jours travaillés validés mensuellement en comité de suivi mensuel, puis en comité de pilotage trimestriel".

It is regarding the settlement of expense claims (notes de débours) between two organisations who are working together on a humanitarian project, for the cost of resources and services provided. I'm struggling to work out what they mean by "prêt et au réel" in this context.

Kevin Oheix Aug 13, 2019: I would say that "à l'euro prêt" means "as per the exact amount" and "au réel" is the "actual global cost", "in real terms".
