French to English Other Cosmetics, Beauty perfume

I am translating some marketing material about a certain brand of eau de XXXX. This description comes immediately under the perfume's name and before the main descriptive text. If I'm not mistaken, "fusant" describes "tonique" (along with "purifiant")....I think it means something like "bursting"...but a "bursting toning lotion" doesn't make much sense in English...can you help?
