Report d'Office

French to English Social Sciences Education / Pedagogy Transcript of Grades for Belgian University of Mons
Following the transcript for the 1st year, there comes the annotation, "Décision du Jury en 1ère session: Ajourné, there comes an entry "Report d'Office" followed by a list of some but not all the courses given above. This in turn is followed by a heading "Report pour la 2ème session" with additional courses (from the above transcript) listed.

Discussion

cchat Jan 18, 2015:
Automatically carried over? It could mean that some grades are automatically carried over. Generally, a cut-off point is set (e.g. 12/20), and any grade over that is automatically kept for the next year, if the student is allowed to resit. Some grades are maintained in the event of second session resits. It's not always advantageous.

Automatically deferred

This seems to be where credits or courses have been held over until the next semester or session. Though I can't find a source in the area of pedagogy right to hand, it does appear in some legal texts, as in votes which have been deferred.
Example sentence:

"Le vote sur la motion no 49 est reporté d'office."
