Enfin deux ensembles auxiliaires constituant un ensemble statorique et un ensemble rotorique raccordés aux bornes de raccordement du stator et du rotor pour faire circuler des courants statoriques et rotoriques traversant ces deux ensembles au moins dans des parties de ces deux ensembles raccordées à ces bornes, respectivement. L'un au moins de ces deux ensembles auxiliaires constitue un ensemble auxiliaire actif commandant au moins la fréquence desdits courants traversant cet ensemble.

Whats is more appropriate here, 'stator set' or 'stator assembly'? Or both are same?

You can call anything a "set". "stator set" is not standard engineering language. If a stator comes with mounting screws, you can call it a set. Likewise if it comes with a bearing. But as a standard engineering term, "stator assembly" is much more standard, and descriptive as well.
