"1 sortie applique en SA"
I can only think of "sortie analogique", but I'm not at all sure about that.

Might they at some point have said "prise de courant en SA (= sortie applique)", then replaced "prise de courant" by "sortie applique" but failed to delete the rest?

If this is lighting rather than power sockets, simple allumage (1-way circuit, on one-way switch), maybe, as opposed to a two-way (va-et-vient) circuit?

just a guess, could have nothing to do with electricity.

Again, just a stab in the dark (until the elctrics are finished!) --- but mightn't it be short for something like 'surface apparent(e)' --- I've come across some pretty weird and wonderful more or less ad-hoc abbreviations like this by electricians to describe things that are surface-mounted instead of being 'encastré'
