These codes are specifically developed by the Banque de France so I think that you would need to leave the codes in and perhaps follow them with an explanation in brackets.
La rubrique CA = autre crédit à court terme
La rubrique TA = autres crédits à moyen long terme
CA (other short-term loan)
TA = (other mid- to long-term loan)
Do a ctrl+f on "rubrique CA" and you'll find the explanation here: http://www.fiben.fr/pdf/fibenligne10.pdf
Here is a good explanation in English of Fiben and you can see that there are plenty of codes which are best left untranslated to avoid confusing the reader:
