I (remets is 1st pers.sing. here) hereby serve notice upon you and hand you a copy ...

or something along those lines depending on the rest. This is an idea based on the context I can see.

shall notify and send you a copy

Note from asker:
Any idea writeaway of a better way to put it?
Peer comment(s):

neutral writeaway : notify needs an object in English and "shall' makes no sense in the context.

hereby serves you with a copy of...

Literally, of course, it's "hereby serves upon you, and delivers to you a copy of" but English allows us to "serve someone with a copy of" something, e.g. an order, a decision etc. , without having to separately say we are serving them, and giving them a copy, and it means the same thing. And since a "grosse" is itself a form of copy. you'll end up compacting the English sentence even more.

you are hereby served with a copy of ...

This is what a baillif or a process-server does before he/she fills out his/her affidavit stating that so-and-so was served with a copy of a certain document at which address and at what time.
