I believe this is some sort of emergency button that is pressed to call for help but I can't find anything to back that up. I'm thinking that it might stand for something like "appel reanimation cardiaque" but that is just my guess.
A bit of context: "Appel ARCA à 19h20 pour arrêt cario-respiratoire chez un patient opéré d’un clou gamma il y a 72 heures"
Can anybody verify what it stands for and what the equivalent is in English? Thanks.
