subtrochanteric zone, area, region, plane

massive (n) se traduit parfois par pillar -- dans le domaine de l'architecture. On utilise aussi "pillar" en médecine -- dans votre contexte, précisément. Mais je ne l'ai encore jamais vu associé à "subtrochanteric"
