This appears to be essentially "massage" in this context. The product is a "baume de modelage aux huiles essentielles" (European French) but the client is keen to preserve the French distinction between "massage" and "modelage". LGDT defines modelage in the medical context as "Sorte de pétrissage et de foulement de petites régions du corps". Any pearls of wisdom, or am I stuck with "massage" here in English?

Specifially here, "sculpting massage" is a good way of distinguishing "modelage" from plain old "massage" and there appears to be enough evidence to back up useage in EN... Waiting for client to get back to me that they are happy with the term, but that's what I'd plump for."
