French term

obligations des gisements livrables ou celles des précédents gisements livrables

French to English Bus/Financial Investment / Securities code of procedures/stock market
I'm just not sure how to deal with gisements. Eurodicautom gives it as "deliverable bonds", so maybe it is simply redundant as we already have obligations. A previous answer explains that gisements is a buzzword for anything existing so perhaps it is simply something like "all the existing deliverable bonds or previous [stocks of] deliverable bonds". I'm just not sure I've got this quite straight, so would appreciate any suggestions or clarification.

Re. EUREX, for UK client.

Selected

all deliverable financial instrumens as well as the previous ones

financial instruments rather than bonds since it is specified that we are dealing with futures contracts, or exchange-traded derivatives, and not bonds. (Future contracts on interest rates are then identified in the next part of the sentence.)

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thanks for steering me in the right direction. I have in fact subsequently found "emprunts de gisement" in Robert & Collins du Management where it is said to me "underlying loans""
