I don´t like "justification in reality" much, "basis in reality" maybe, but why not "objectivity"?

After further consideration, and reading the whole sentence carefully(even), I think I would translate as \"Audit of plausibility and appropriateness\".
The combination of the two into \"feasibility\" is nice, but I think using it for planning can be confusing. Perhaps depending on how you translate \"Planungsrechnung\".

Why not combine "Plausibilität" and "Realitätsgerechtigkeit" into one idea: feasibility.

So the auditors are going to have a close look at what I've called "the accounting for planning and control" (Planungsrechnung) and try to assess whether this are (a) plausible (d.h. in sich schluessig) and (b) well, whether it relates to reality to some significant extent or is just pie-in-the-sky wishful thinking . . .
