ratios
These Kennzahlen are indices used to measure goals (profits being the most likely).
Kennzahl f
(Bw) ratio
(ie, betriebliche Kennziffer; eg, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Rentabilität, Umschlaghäufigkeit; syn, Kennziffer)
Kennzahlenanalyse f
(Bw) ratio analysis
In order to attain the objectives of its corporate policies, the company sets quantitative goals and uses ratios to determine whether or not they have been reached.
While Schäfer does not give "index" or "indices" for Kennzahl, that term might also work within your context.
Good luck.

I don't see how 'numbers' would fit in -
I'd go for 'gradings' or 'ratios'

nothing to add, but in a sense of democracy I would like to give my vote to ratios for this context

key figures
Just to confuse matters even more, here is another suggestion. It does seem that the accepted 'German-English' translation of 'Kennzahlen' in a financial context is 'key figures'-see for example the title of the quoted web page. I have my doubts about the validity of this translation, because 'key figures' in genuine English language texts that I can find refers to people who played a prominent role in some event or other. The precedent nevertheless exists for using 'key figures' here.
Can this really be 'ratio'? Isn't a ratio something quite different from a 'Zahl', it is rather the relationship between two figures. Don't we mean here that certain fundamental figures (maybe sales, stock, debt) will be used as a yardstick to measure performance? Hopefully, there is more context which makes this clear.

performance indicators
This is probably the safer term, as we don't know for sure that performance ratios are involved.
