German term

Vorhaltekosten

German to English Bus/Financial Construction / Civil Engineering
Vorhaltekosten for a crane at the construction site; apparently these costs are a combination of basic, rental and replacement costs. But the term is also used in connection with different stages of building different types of walls.
Is there anything like that in English??
THANK YOU!

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thanks for your prompt assistance! I did not use this answer, however, because the costs are not for providing the crane but for having it provided. Instead I used 'advance costs' and somewhere else 'costs for maintining the construction site'. "
