With all the respect...my guess is ..we are talking about the floor preparation for the installation of a CNC machine...in a accounting perspective[...interne Aufwendungen...] >[...internal costs...] from the buyers perspective,which are the installer's requirements to install the CNC machine, so my best bet is:FOUNDATION COATING"

I would prefer...ABSAUGUNGSANSCHLUSS...,which leads me back ...to the floor preparation costs question...more source text would be help full...
