weiter kommen Baustellenräucherung, Kernräucherung und Kammerräucherung vor
smoking, fumigating, curing habe ich gefunden, bezweifle jedoch, dass einer dieser Ausdrücke brauchbar ist

Kučera gives this term for "Räuchern" in this context, and specifically mentions it being done to oak.

Of course, \"fume\" as a verb, \"fuming\" as a noun. Not fumigating (as Kim rightly points out) which is for getting rid of vermin or disinfecting.
