The claimant is a person. The claim (in addition to what I already detailed) is for Sachschaden (gemaess Gutachten), Sachverstaengigerkosten, Auslagenpauschale, Selbstbeteiligung, Radioumbau, Mietwagen, beitragsddifferenzschaden. Against the above the Kaskoregulierung covered about 80%. There is no claim for loss of profits or similar. The accident occured in Germany. The claim via the courts is against the other driver who lives in the UK.

Is the claimant a person or a company? What damage is being claimed for? Does the claim include loss of profit/trade/benefits, or is it just for damage that has been incurred to property? What country did the damage arise in? Any other countries involved?

Further information The whole document is badly put together; there is no specific list of the quotenberechtigten Positionen but from the papers it is possible to deduce that they are legal fees, VAT, postage and "Schmerzensgeld."

Context? There must be something in your document about what the "quotenberechtigten Positionen" are. Same applies to your other query on the subject.
