partial middle cerebral artery infarction
would be the most frequently used term, even though it's really about a "partial infarction of the middle cerbral (artery) territories";
("sustained infarctions of both middle
cerebral territories" at
http://www.path.sunysb.edu/faculty/woz/NPERESS/webclass.htm, but this link didn't work right now); but that's only a detail, medical language often isn't too accurate.

if you wonder: being a cardiac patient of course doesn\'t protect im from brain infarction, just to the contrary.
