German term

Munddreieck

German to English Medical Medical (general) General, ENT
In German medical report of girl, almost 3 years old, in general examination findings:

"Verminderter Hautturgor, leicht livides Munddreieck."

What is the English translation of this term?

Thanks,

Stephen
