puerperal care, post partum care
"Wochenpflege" is a short form of "Wochenbettpflege" which is medical care for the new mother after delivery (prevention of infections of the birth canal etc.).
'Postnatal' (= 'after birth') in a strict sense refers to the new*born* child whereas 'postpartal' or 'post partum' (= 'after delivery') refers to the mother; but in many cases these distinctions are not strictly observed.

Comment: "I'll go with post-partal here as then I can use post-natal for the "Neugeborenpflege" - on the assumption it's for a technical audience!"
