While researching my family's roots on the internet, I found a name in a German site that said this.

It's a Dutch site
For a number of years I've been busy compiling a geneological list of the Hooreman family, in the meantime I have found over 400 bearers of that name. Due to a mistake made by the Civil Registry Office a number of the family names have dropped one "O", but it's the same family without any doubt. No data are given of children who died before the age of 5,only a summary is given. For the privacy reasons no persons are listed, who were born after 1915 and are still alive, but for me. Additional data are in red. The place of birth is Haarlem, unless stated otherwise.

Hi!
Thanks for submitting your question! The source language is, however, Dutch and not German. So I would suggest you resubmit it under the Du>En category!
Good luck!

Or is that a remark aside?
Geez, Marcus, and you call ME picky!
Anyway, I thought you had washed your eager hands of translation for the rest of the day, whether Deutsch or Dutch!
