German term

GHK

German to English Bus/Financial Real Estate
A "Beleihungswertberechnung" has a line that begins with "Darlehensnummer" followed by a number, then an entry "GHK" followed by 325,000 DM. The next line gives as "Kaufpreis" the same amount -- 325,000 DM. I'm tempted to translate "GHK" as "total mortage", but would appreciate confirmation or correction.

total building costs

If we are talking about raising a loan on a house, GHK may mean Gesamtherstellungskosten which I would translate to total building costs.
