German term
Einlastung (context)
German to English
Tech/Engineering
I received the following explanation for Einlastung from the customer:
What do we make of this in English?

Sorry, I mistyped the previous entry: it should read "... of a contract", not "or a contract".

distribution of responsibilities
lasten = als Last liegen (Wahrig)
einlasten (sinngemäß) = zur Last legen.
i.e. to make everyone aware of their responsbilities with regard to a certain order or contract.

To my knowledge, "Einlastung" refers to capacity management: the
assignment/distribution/dispatching of incoming jobs to the person or
machine with available capacity--the goal of course being optimum.
Good luck!

scheduling and coordination or a contract/project
How about "scheduling and coordination"; that would cover all of those aspects mentioned by your client.
