Je ne suis pas sûr du verbe dans ce contexte. Voici la phrase complète:
Y Sondervermögen (Cayman Fonds) inkl. GIM sowie die Fonds der Y Investments AG und der Y Funds AG sind als SICAV-ähnliche Anlagevehikel zu bezeichnen.
"doivent être qualifiés de véhicules de placement semblables aux X"?
