I think this is a signal light but I would like to check if there is a more appropriate (or correct!)term.
My text talks about Lichtbalke, but as far as I can see, I think it should be 'Bake', which is 'beacon'. The context refers to someone having problems connecting this and it is a company which manufactures ambulances and police vehicles.
