Sono indecisa su quale sia la traduzione più precisa. La situazione è la seguente: Tizio ha concesso un credito a Caio. In seguito però il creditore Tizio ha ceduto parte del credito ad altre due banche nonostante Caio non avesse acconsentito alla cessione del credito a terzi.

Ora in tedesco è più corretto dire Kreditabtretung o Kredituebertragung?!Poichè in base alla mia conoscenza la "Kredituebertragung" denota la cessione dell'intero credito a terzi, mentre in questo caso la cessione è solo parziale, dato che si vengono a trovare addirittura più di due creditori.

Ho sentito a volte anche parlare di "Kreditsplitterung". Potrebbe andare bene in questo caso??
