Discussion

Mabel Garzón (asker) Feb 10, 2007:
Jerôme, you are right. I had not noticed that the last few questions I've asked are in Norwegian.
Jérôme Haushalter Feb 10, 2007:

degree of disability

According to the ref:

"Ved 100 prosent arbeidsuførhet vil denne
planen gi deg en uførepensjon som er lik alderspensjonen du
ville ha opptjent dersom du stod i stilling til normal
pensjonsalder.Ved lavere uføregrad er du sikret en
forholdsvis lavere pensjon.

In the event of 100 percent incapacity for
work, this scheme will give you a disability pension equal to
the old age pension you would have earned if you had
remained in your position until normal retirement age. If the
degree of disability is lower you will get a proportionally
lower pension."
