Puckering (up) her lips
Explanation:
While waiting for a kiss, we would normally "pucker" or "pucker up" our lips.

1. Pucker up
"Pucker up" means to stick out your lips ready to kiss somebody or something, the pursed movement your lips make in preparation for a kiss.
"Pucker up and kiss me!"

I like "puckering her lips" without "up", but the use of "up" after "pucker" is really optional. Both options work in English - use either.

"3. Kiss the back of your hand. What feels nicest? That's how you should PUCKER YOUR LIPS for a kiss."

neutral  Lara Barnett: "pout" is normally used to express an attitude. If a young girl flirts or want sexual attention, she may stick her bottom lip out for example. It is a teasing attitude rather than the physical action to ask for a kiss.

Example sentence(s):
  • "You will most likely have a five second (if that) kissing session that will consist of two lips puckered that touch each other with some suction. That's it. You'll release, look into each other's eyes and you'll think it's magical."
