Russian to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

The phrase is part of an explanation/definition of a Service Contract. The previous sentence states that this is a contract under which the owner agrees to pay the processing company a previously agreed sum for work carried out.

The first half of the next sentence is perfectly clear: Контракт не предполагает жестких обязательств по качеству работ, but I do not understand how the next two phrases go together: 'и участие компании-обработчика' and 'в доле прибавленной стоимости'.

The work in question is stimulating oil wells to increase production. As the first part of the sentence means that the contract does not presume any strict obligations as to quality of work, is the intended meaning of the second part that there is no presumption that the processing company will share in the increased value (= production, income) of the well?

Can anyone clarify things for me?
