inputs
This will depend on context. "Inputs" is good starting point for "insumos."
"input providers," "input suppliers"
or providers, suppliers of inputs.
Physically as in "agricultural inputs." or more metaphorically.
Clave (below) defines it as "bien que se usa para la producción de otro bien."

goods (or parts) used to make other goods (or parts), raw materials
Del verbo "insumir"= emplear o invertir dinero (Economia). En este caso se trata de materia prima para la fabricacion de otros materiales, o sea "raw goods" o "raw materials"

inputs/supplies
I agree that inputs is a good option. I've seen insumos used when talking about the office, in which case it would just be "providers office supplies."

Spare parts refers to pieces, components, whereas supplies is the more generic term.
The problem is you can't translate as 'suppliers of supplies', so i suggest simply 'suppliers' OR 'suppliers of goods' or if its industrial 'suppliers of material' (Note that material here, in singular, does NOT have the meaning of 'maçterias primas' but is almost synonmous with 'goods')

Certainly not spare parts.Insumo means exactly input. It is even used in Economics (unfortunately for the language, it didn't catch in Spain) to avoid the anglicism input: insumos-egresos for input-output. You can therefore translate as inputs, following previous suggestions, or identify the input according to context. I'm practically sure it's not a text edited in Spain if they use the term insumos, but just in case please note that supplies would not be the term for insumos either, since they may or may not go into a processed or manufactured product: supplies are called suministros (more traditionally abastos)
