Spanish term

contrato de desocupacion y entrega

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) law
Contract entered between two parties. I was assuming "vacancy and surrender contract", however I would like other opinions. Thanks in advance

I am flattered but just got finished "blasting" an asker for closing a question so QUICKLY! (Have already received a rude email from her!) So I feel compelled to mention it to you! Thanks for the points and happy to have been of some help!
