I can vouch for Vallejo as being a very common name in Spanish and of course many Spanish speakers go by a "double" last name. Unlikely that this is referring to anything other than a proper name.

As for \"payaso\" -- I believe they are referring to an assassin or hit-man. It literally translates as \"clown\". I couldn\'t find any references to back this up.

"Ballejo" is also a surname, so I see no reason to suspect it's mispelled, although it should be capitalized. It is common to refer to a Latin American family using both surnames of the husband & wife.

I like "hit-man" as proposed for the translation of "clown", but perhaps it doesn't sound as slang. You can consider "triggerman", "gunman", "hatchet man" or "torpedo" depending on your audience, of course.
