Another possibility would be 'well-adjusted'.

Since a person's orientation (to person, place and time) is a standard component of a mental status examination, I think we should keep the word "orientation" in the answer.
I wish we had a bit more context, but this seems like the best answer to me, given what we have.
One example given below ... see page 6 under Physical Examination, which contains the phrase. Usually, a mental status examination would say more specifically "oriented to person, place and time" ... or "oriented x 3".
