neutral María Eugenia Wachtendorff : "Expositivo" me suena Mexicano, mano! Las "whereas clauses" son las primeras del contrato, donde las partes exponen sus identidades, intenciones y el objetivo del contrato.

Thanks Meu... pareces abogada!! A ver... en EEUU dijimos "precatory clauses" en cuanto a eso de "whereas", aunque también escucho muchísimo "whereas" mismo!!
